1. Delivery Policy

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed (including Cash on Delivery), our team will process your order within 1–2 business days.

1.2 Shipping & Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all orders within Pakistan as follows:

  • 🚚 Smaller towns / remote areas: 5–8 business days
    Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or exceptional situations.

1.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges:

  • Are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

1.4 Delivery Partners & Tracking
We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS or email (if available).

1.5 Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If the courier cannot reach you at the delivery address, the package may be returned to us. Extra charges may apply for re-delivery.

Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

2.2 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, and receipts must be included.

  • Products must match the original condition delivered.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

2.4 Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

Upon verification, we will arrange:

2.5 Change of Mind Returns
For returns due to change of mind (not product fault):
