Refund & Return Policy – Picktoo.store
At Picktoo.store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
❗ Note: Some products such as perishable bird food, hygiene-related items, or custom orders may not be eligible for return due to safety and health reasons.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at infopicktoo@gmail.com with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at infopicktoo@gmail.com
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us with proof of damage at infopicktoo@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
6. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to:
- A defective product
- An incorrect order sent by us
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used items
- Gift cards
- Sale items or discounted bundles
- Items not in their original condition
