Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders if the provided information is incomplete or incorrect.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Picktoo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
